Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Farmhood.co, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh products, flowers)

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Gift cards

  • Opened health and wellness products

  • Items classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases


How to Start a Return

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent directly to Farmhood.

We reserve the right to grant partial refunds in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened media (CD, DVD, software, vinyl, etc.)

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing may take time)

  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take a few days to reflect)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@farmhood.co and ship the product to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser and they will be notified of the return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
