Our team consists of five professionals with expertise in food engineering, biotechnology, business strategy, and marketing, collectively bringing over 25 years of experience to our startup.
We are based at Nişantaşı University, fostering strong academia-industry collaboration. Being at the heart of research allows us to focus on innovative foodtech solutions while also rapidly commercializing our technologies for real-world impact.
